Little Art Explorers: A Playful Process Art Series for Preschoolers is taught by Lisa Hernandez, a Lynnwood native with over 10 years of experience working with young children. This playful, process-based art class invites preschoolers to learn through exploration, creativity, and joy while building confidence in their ideas and abilities, guided by Lisa’s Reggio-informed background and belief in children as capable learners. Children will explore a variety of art mediums such as paint, clay, mixed media, and construction materials, with plenty of opportunities for movement, sensory play, and creative expression. Each session is designed to help children feel seen, celebrated, and supported in a welcoming, artful environment.

Calling all art-lovers and makers! Join Art Club for super fun creative and crafty time. We’ll work on big and small projects using a variety of mediums such as paint, clay, chalk pastel, and more! Projects will be based on new art themes separate from our school day curriculum, giving us a chance to experiment and explore with new and spontaneous ideas.

Discover the magic of combining everyday materials into imaginative, one-of-a-kind works of art. In this class, you’ll explore the art of assemblage — creating sculptural compositions from found objects, recycled items, and unexpected treasures.

In our Wax Collage class participants will create a unique wax-infused collage using an assortment of ephemera, fabric clippings, beads, and other embellishment. This activity is designed to be playful and experimental to explore new creative options.

Choose Your Project!
In our 2-hour Kid's Mosaic Madness Class you'll have the option of making a set of two coasters, a frame, or a plaque. Choose and use tiles and beads provided by the studio to personalize your project.

In our 3-hour Adults & Teens Mosaic Madness Class you'll have the option of making a wall mirror, a hanging sign, or a plaque. Select from our studio buffet of colorful pieces to personalize your project with. In addition, this class offers the option to bring personal items from home to incorporate into your project.
Don't throw away your broken dishes!
Adults and Teens Mosaic guests may bring in pieces of broken pottery or other items from home to add to your design for a more eclectic effect. (This option is only available to the longer class because the trimming of broken pieces takes more time.)

This workshop is sponsored by our non-profit, Heart Art Healing, and is designed to provide a supportive environment for individuals to REFLECT, EXPRESS, and EMPOWER self while building resilience, and exploring the intuitive art process.
Intended as an ongoing wellness practice, Heart & Soul Art Journaling is a year- round art journaling workshop for anyone seeking creative and/or personal growth. A magical opportunity to feel in community with others in an accepting, supportive and inspiring way. In each session we'll create an individual page about any topic of personal choice using simple collage and paint methods. In November and December sessions we'll be binding all of our pages together to form a complete journal, so hold on to your creations throughout the year! No experience needed. All supplies included.
This is a two-part class. Must attend both dates.

In our Clay Construction class you'll be introduced to several different clay construction techniques to build a unique object of your choice. The first day you’ll complete construction and the second day you’ll glaze the clay to add color and design. The clay will then take two more weeks to finish drying and firing before your creation is ready for pick-up.

Decorate a pottery item, and support our partner charity, Heart Art Healing.
On our Glaze Days you’ll decorate a pottery item from our unique selection, leave it with us to fire for you, then return in about one week to collect your creation. We will donate 20% of every purchase to our partner charity, Heart Art Healing, which provides therapeutic art programs for under-served populations.
